I have been admin on Swedish wikipedia for several years, so I know how it works -- see sv:Wikipedia:Administratörer and sv:Wikipedia:Ansökan om administrativ behörighet/Lsj. I am also by far the most active user here at present (even discounting the activities of my bot Lsjbot), and as far as I can tell I'm the only one to check in daily. I would do basic housekeeping, taking care of obvious vandals and the like, but deletion rights would also be very helpful in cleaning up the occasional bot mistake. Although I'm not a native speaker of Cebuano I have been working on this project for a while such as creating new articles, renaming articles and marking robot error articles for deletion. I usually check the recent changes here every other day and make an edit as a marker but if I was an admin I would be able to just delete any nonsense pages rather than leaving them for Lsj who also patrols. I would mainly use the tools for completing page moves when an article needs to be deleted the remaining article often needs moving to the unqualified name over a (now) redundant DAB page (pagklaro) like Bilsdale (walog).
